How do I retrieve footage from an incident?

Reach out with the vehicle ID and the date/time, and we'll help you pull and share the relevant clip from the platform. Footage availability depends on your retention settings.

Can I add vehicles or lines after install?

Yes. Contact sales and we'll scope the additions and schedule installation or activation around your operation.

Do you support hardware in the field?

We document every install and stand behind the hardware while you're enrolled. If something needs attention, contact support and we'll arrange next steps.
