Before CloudCam iQ, our team watched fleets and IT teams juggle dashcams from one vendor, GPS from another, separate providers for wireless, internet and voice, spreadsheets for maintenance and binders for policies—yet still struggle to answer simple questions when something serious happened.

We saw good drivers go undefended because the video was hard to find—or didn’t exist. Claims dragged on while people hunted for history across different systems. Sam Hassan

Sam brings 17 years of experience leading in wireless, telecom consulting and fleet telematics — helping businesses modernize their connectivity, protect their drivers and transform how operations run. Known inside T-Mobile and across industry circles as a trusted advisor, Sam has supported organizations ranging from small fleets to enterprise deployments with complex carrier, mobility and compliance needs.

Beyond consulting, Sam has lived the reality of operations as a former school bus transportation business owner, experiencing safety expectations, parent pressure, staffing, routing challenges and uptime demands firsthand. That real-world perspective drives how he designs solutions: practical, scalable and built for the environments fleets actually operate in — not theory.

At CloudCam iQ, Sam leads sales strategy, partnerships and solution design, helping customers align video safety, tracking, wireless connectivity and business outcomes into one clear program. His focus is simple: deliver clarity, ROI and technology that actually makes people’s jobs easier.

Sebastian Carbonell, Co-Founder & Chief of Operations

Sebastian Carbonell

Sebastian brings 12 years in the industry, including years at T-Mobile where he and Sam built a reputation as a go-to team for complex, high-stakes deployments. While Sam led the front end of the deal, Sebastian was deeply involved in call center operations, pipeline management and helping close large multi-site opportunities, making sure what was promised could be delivered at scale.

He has a proven ability to turn complex deployments into clean, repeatable operational programs. Where most people see “hardware installs,” Sebastian sees systems, workflows, accountability and long-term stability — ensuring fleets don’t just install technology, they actually benefit from it day after day.

At CloudCam iQ, Sebastian leads operations, deployments and support execution, develops the playbooks fleets scale with, and ensures programs remain stable, predictable and dependable — long after day one. For many customers, Sam and Sebastian are simply known as one unified team: the people who make the whole program work.
