Installations & Rollouts

A structured path from first call to fully live

We don’t just ship hardware and wish you luck. CloudCam IQ guides you through a clear sequence: discovery, installation, implementation, onboarding, training, and ongoing support—with an optional maintenance program that keeps everything running smoothly.

How our process flows

Every fleet is different, but our framework stays consistent. Here’s how we move from “we’re interested” to “the team is using it every day.”

1
Discovery
Fleet & equipment inventory
We map your fleet: vehicle counts, asset types (buses, tractors, vans, yellow-iron), routes, depots, and current systems. We identify which units need dashcams, GO9s, rugged trackers, and temperature monitoring—and where to start for the most impact.
2
Installation
Hardware install & verification
Our certified techs (or your preferred shop) handle installations for fleets of 5+ units. Each install includes placement, wiring, calibration, and a checklist to confirm video, data, and connectivity are all live before a vehicle returns to service.
3
Implementation
Rules, alerts & dashboards
We configure rules for speeding, harsh driving, idling, temperature thresholds, and video events based on your policies—not a generic template. Dashboards and reports are aligned to your leadership, safety, and operations teams.
4
Onboarding
Admin & champion setup
We onboard your internal champions: safety managers, dispatchers, maintenance, and IT. This includes user accounts, permissions, notification routing, and documented SOPs for how to respond to alerts and use the system day-to-day.
5
Training
Drivers & staff training
We run role-based training sessions—drivers, supervisors, dispatchers, and admins—so everyone understands what’s being recorded, how events are reviewed, and how the data protects them and the company.
6
Ongoing Support
Day-to-day questions & tuning
After go-live, we stay engaged. We handle configuration tweaks, new vehicles, new users, and help you interpret trends so the program keeps getting better instead of fading out after launch.
7
Maintenance Program (Optional)
$5/unit/month maintenance program
For fleets that want extra protection, our optional program covers onsite tech support for up to 20% of the fleet per month, swap/repair coordination, and warranty handling for covered hardware— so your team isn’t stuck chasing RMA tickets.
Timeline: smaller pilots can go live in days; larger fleets typically roll out in waves by yard, region, or business unit to keep operations smooth.
